If you have trouble with beta 10, use beta 7 or beta 8

Use info to get the unlock code..
is a bit slow in giving the code but is perfect.

goto program files foldem => z3x => check inside subfolder.

Also Lower COMPort Number for Modem lets say under 15 its good for Software to Find Phone easily
