The version 28.3 to 28.5, if was tested in beta version so was good and better then quick released. however it is good move, for UK people can buy credit from me as I am reseller under gsmeasy distributor .

problem on some slow pc and this related to security. we found problem and work on solving.

I faced this same issue. I figured it was some windows patches playing mischief, because even older versions of this application 28.2 was not working and giving the same error. I noticed a lot of windows patches were applied on my machine on 15th june. So i restored my backup from 11th June and then installed the application it was working fine. After that i again applied all windows patches and now it seems to be fine. I have not tested detailed functionality, but atleast application is up and running.
