Samsung A50s A507Fn flash ok but the same hang on smasung logo
but in recovery i see no pdp scenario error when clearing cache
what could be possible reason ??

The phone has an incoming call and when tried to answer it restarted and now hang on logo
Flash with 2 different files from support area but the same problem
Just observe an error e: no pdp scenario

No PDP scenario - i see this in fully working phones, so its not a reason that phone stuck at logo. Most likely that its harware fault.

Should I post full flashing log with other file from the support area?

If you flashed 4-files firmware and flashing finished without any error i think no.

What could be the possible cause for this problem ??
And is it possible to fix this phone
The customer got a call and when he tried to answer that the phone restarted
And hang on samsung logo !!!

The customer said I went to boot loop after update I confirmed and
Any way to repair efs or write efs please help with this

i even tried the latest firmware and it flashed perfectly
and the latest one is that I flashed is :
"A507FNXXU5B***"
everything looks ok
but the phone is stuck @ Samsung galaxy A50s logo...

Its not efs error, this error in normal and you can find this error in fully working phones.
