have a A650F , tried to many times to unlock but got error 3.0
also tried hard reset.
any one have solution ?

Hello, it could be the firmware you have installed and it is not supported for reading codes, try installing another binary 4 firmware for a605fn with older security patches.

At this link, by selecting the a605fn model, you can find the firmware and modem tested for reading codes via the credit server.
