iroot,kingoroot etc not work.solution is to downgrade to 4.4.4,imei ok ,all ok,nothing damaged,then write twrp with odin then instal super su 2.46,unlock with z3x .

I have HTC Desire 616 Dual Sim after Flash it was dead and not flash any other brom error 5069 comes out

Procedure to unlock with Z3X, G388F - 5.1.1:

1. Flash with Odin G388F_XXU1AOG4_DBT1AOG2 to downgrade to 4.4.4
2. Flash with Odin twrp-2.8.7.0-xcover3ltexx. img
3. Install from TWRP UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46. zip
4. Unlock in Z3X
5. Flash back stock 5.1.1 firmware after unlock.

I tried on 4 phones and everything worked perfectly.

are you flash 4 file firmware or ap+modem+csc only?

UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Phone must be rooted!
If the software can't root the phone automatically,
then you must root your device manually.
1. Power on the phone.
2. Tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options',
go to 'Settings'-'Developer options' and enable 'USB debugging'.
3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
4. Select device in ADB settings.
5. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock.
If phone ask codes after unlocking, use:
