sm-g935a no box to insert unlock code [Answered] - GSM-Forum

please help i have this Samsung g935a i bought from t-mobile in USA but when i traveled to Africa phone loses network it not have any network with all the sim card i put inside and does not show any box to insert unlock code even as i have flash it with different firmware that i downloaded from z3x no box come up for network codes i have the unlock code any no where to insert it. please i wish to no how i can possibly insert this code thanks

Dial *#06# and tell me if imei shows up
Also tell me the current version of baseband

imei shows and the current version is 7.0
and i even upgraded to 8. but the same thing

g935a don't exist by mobile.
exist G935T.
you need to do TMB unlock.
codes will not help - this is posted in forum many times.

As Sir Blang said, unlocking is done using Box.
