In Z3x, while trying to read MSL in step 2 below, Z3X errors out and says 'Initialization at RIL... error (2). What's wrong ?

Thx for help guys. Here are my slightly different steps:

1- flash this file for root : Samsung J7 Perx J727P Nougat 7.0 Tested Root File | Samsung FRP
2- install superSU apk
3- install idone/GT v3.15 apk (had found it on this forum a while ago)
4- open GT app and scroll done and click 'IOTHIDDENMENU'
5- select usb settings
6- select DM+MODEM+ADB
7- open Z3X select J727p and select unlock, this show [Initialization at RIL... error]
8- use NV tool from this post to write nv, this show successful, but also shows write nv failed.
9- restart the phone and now it's unlocked!

So you just need to root and use GalaxyTools 3.15 to enable diag, then unlock. Not sure if Z3X or the nv is what did the unlock, you can try one and see which does the unlock, but despite error phone will be unlocked!

I'm trying your solution however I get 'SW DV CHECK FAIL about FUSED 3 > Binary." on Odin when attempting the root flash. To verify, my baseband is J727PVPU3ARC2

Pues pude desbloquear el mio sin Necesidad del MSL, Sin Root, Sin comandos. Tengo la Z3x y solo la use para flashear los archivos.

Voy a Ver lo mejor que puedo resumir lo que hice.

1.- Flashe el archivo combination .......U3ARA1 (Lo descargue de la Z3X)
2.- Una vez que subio. Le dimos donde dice IMEI. En este teclado escribi el comando *#0808#
se abre el menú activan dm-modem-adb y se activa el puerto. Buscamos el puerto. (supongo todos saben como buscar el puerto). Abrimos el programa NV Items. a) Seleccionamos puerto. b)Le dimos a conectar (Connect) c) despues le dimos a Read (Leer informacion del telefono), d) Por ultimo le dimos a escribir (Write). Seleccionamos el archivo J727p nv.

Una vez que termino de escribir le dimos donde dice Mode- Reset.

El telefono se reinicio y subio con señal. Zaaaaaaaaz

Por ultimo pase el software oficial que tenia anteriormente el de 4 archivos y el telefono siguio con señal.
Puse los apn y tiene señal y data.

Hey! guys I need a help here. I tried combination on my J727P and then when i use the NV-items_reader_writer to write the J727P file it says ''failed Phone does not answer'' ??

You need to select correct Diag port, look in device manager for port number

on phone need to have DM + MODEM/ACM + ADB selected
