try again after factory reset, open unlock app > perm unlock - make sure you get message that device not eligble for unlocking through app

if still fail after this, flash eng modem

If uart is available to you, then you do not have to unlock this model by credits (use search in this and other sections, solution is out there, same as for s337tl)

I don't find a UART unlock option or solution using Z3X on J727T or J727T1 ??? I see one for another system? If there is a solution for J727T or J727T1 using UART and Z3X - Please post a link or PM me!! I am interested! THANK YOU.

then try to unlock again..its working to me..we got the same problem at first...


FLASH INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Choose correct flash file(s).
2. If you have PIT file chosen, then you must check 'Repartition' option.
3. Check flashing options if needed (Repartition, EFS clear, Boot update).
4. Power on the phone in download mode (turn off phone, press vol.down + home + power).
5. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
6. Press 'Flash' button.
