Question SM-N920W8 Claro bootloop+FRP

I have Claro N920W8 it bootloops and has FRP, can go into download and once in a while can go into recovery, firmware is still official and the Knox is still 0.
Firmware N920W8VLU4CQE2 Android 7.0 for Claro PR.
I did not find any ENG Boot for N920W8 7.0 and only found the original 4-file ROM the latest version VLU5CRF1
Where to start?

A bit off subject - if you'd google "N920W8VLU4CQE2" the very first line would bring up:

May 18, 2017 - Fast download latest Galaxy Note5 firmware SM-N920W8 from Puerto Rico with N920W8VLU4CQE2 and Android version 7.0.

Question

After flashing combination boot, go into the D/L mode and do "Reset FRP/React/EE" the phone says "Custom Binary(USERDATA) Blocked By FRP Lock" and phone freezes. Battery disconnect gives "An error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the Emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC software".
Reading PIT unfreezes the phone and I'm back to step 1 :-(

Searching Samsung USB Flash interface... COM6 detected
Setup connection... OK
Reading PIT from phone... OK
Searching FRP lock... OK
Erasing FRP lock... OK
Reset done
For complete reset FRP, goto 'Backup and reset' and make 'Factory data reset'
Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.33.8

One LAST :-) thing - I tired to Odin the original 4-file ROM, everything went fine but it got stock in "USERDATA" in the end.
As a result the phone lost "Claro" startup logo and all pre-installed apps :-) OMG and it's SIM-locked again!!
