Suddenly Z3X Box is not connected to my pc. - GSM-Forum

Suddenly Infected by virus my PC.After my system format my z3x box is not connected.I installed both box drivers and card drivers but it was shows this message.

Card not connected (Status: PsUr0Ur1Ur2FaCdNpSb)
If card dead - hold Shift key and press Wizard button

Whats the problem?Can any body help me to solve this problem.Thanks

card driver installed not correctly.
