Hello, it depends what you did with the phone to get imei ng, what samsung galaxy model and what firmware does the phone have? The imei ng can be caused by many factors such as the damaged efs, the damaged phone security, the unknown baseband but it's not your case by seeing the service mode in the screenshot the baseband it is ok or after having done a firmware downgrade of the android versions or a firmware not compatible with the phone, or having done an imei repair with cert patch with unsupported firmware due to the new security patches with the box or tool.
