Z3x box don't work ! ! !

Hello,

I have buy this product thuesday.

I have a pb but I don't understand what can u help me.

When i run the program, he must be an update and he can't.

I think my simcard is not activate can u confirme me.


I can't add picture, this is message:

in the windows Z3x Shell v2.3
In tab card, there is

CARD SN: 00052... (number of card)
Card FW: 1.3
USER: No user with this SN
Activations:

And bottom right of the windows there is Card:00052..., FW 1.3, Box not found!

How must I Do?

Connect box and setup drivers.
