Z3X box NG or I'm not setting up Right

(1) 3 Samsung Galaxy S4 I337 2 Samsung Galaxy S4 I9505
(2) All phones are rooted
Two (2) computers running Windows 7 64bit
One (1) computer running Windows XP 32bit
Installed Newest shell on all Computers the drivers all seem to have installed
Properly. There were no flags in device manager
The problem is when I plug in the USB cable to the computer and the other end to the Z3X box and plugthe USB cable from the Z3X box to the phones I get a message saying USB Device not recognized and when I hit read info in Samsung Tool 18.6 I get (reading phone info... no answer from phone) This same thing happens on all the phones. I have setup the phones as the help file said to for each phone. I don't know what I am doing wrong or if there is a problem with the Box. I tried using Four (4) different cables but still get the same results. It is getting very frustrating I hate asking for help but I read everything I can find but have had no solution yet. Any help on this would be appreciated. Below are screen shots

Don't use the box usb hub. Plug the usb cable directly from your computer's usb port to the phone's port.

Thanks for the reply but I'm not sure what you are saying. If I plug USB into computer and other end into phone I still get the same message. So to be clear I have USB cable going from computer to phone and 2nd USB cable going from computer to Z3X box. opened 18.6 tool but still get same message. ??

Ah. Then there might be something wrong with the phone. I'd flash a full firmware through Odin just to be sure nothing is corrupted. If it still says unknown device, it's an issue with the phone.

Uninstall your Samsung drivers and reinstall the latest ones directly from Samsung.

Already did that three new pc oldest one 4 months, five new cables five working phones. I have over 15 phones siting here 10 are working and I just got in 5 new Samsung galaxy phones. One new phone I just tried on 18.6 tools and got same results but tomorrow I will be going to my brothers business where he just bought 2 new Dell computers yesterday for his telcom store he said I could try it on them. I'll let you know the outcome and I have reinstalled the drivers three times now including 2 complete clean reinstalls.

I think I am getting close But I still seem to be doing something wrong. Z3x read the info off of the phone but after that it said No answer from phone maybe I am hooking up from the box to phone wrong or I am missing a step. I've uploaded a screen shot and any help is appreciated. was I suppose to chang anything eles for connections. Wish there was some kind of manual.

Why have you selected the UART port...? Use the USB Diag port.
