Changing workstations from a Windows 7 platform to Windows 10.

Installed Shell - Drivers

USB Serial Port Driver ok (From Shell Box Drivers)
USB Serial Converter Driver ok (From Shell Box Drivers)

USB Smartcard Reader - I cannot get this to work

Without this working, Shell cannot read the smartcard - thus cannot open app.
Any suggestions ?

Z3X Box is functional, it's not faulty.

im using windows 10 pro, theres no problem with the box.. even if you see in the device manager smartcard reader in question mark, just leave it and still opoen the z3x it will works..

Hello. Attach screenshot of device manager and also vid/pid of device that you cannot install.

thx for link.. i installed drivers but i think i have problem with smart card drivers, light is blinking on my Z3X box, and it's not detected by software.. any idea please ?

by the way I didn't have problem installing other boxes like octopus, setool box..

I dont know this language and this phone cannot help to resolve problem. You should also install drivers for smart card. All drivers stored in z3x shell folder.

which smart card drivers you advice me to install for windows 10 64bit? i tried many and i always got error..

This depends from vid/pid of your reader.

when I go to smartcard matetrial ID i have this :

USB\VID_096E&PID_0005&REV_0260
USB\VID_096E&PID_0005

does this help to find right drivers ?

Try install FT2K_64 driver
