z3x box today saying card not found [Answered]

Hi team i was using my z3x box till yesterday today when i m trying to run z3x software always saying card not found,it was find today just this happened
what to do?
i have install driver again restart computer many time no luck,
when i check device manager i can see yellow triangle driver i can not install even i choose manual driver install,i can see port connected but still can not open.

I think your box is the problem. Put your smart card in to another smarts card reader or dongle or box, this is to check if the problem is the box or the smart card. I've seen boxes whit IC shorted.

hi can u tell me which ic i think its box have problem but how come i was using till yesterday just happened today

I don't know the exact IC but I saw a picture with that problem, z3x fried IC. Be sure your smart card it's ok and buy a new box without smart card.

can i use same smart card on another box? like i have some old box can i put that card and use?
and very strange suddenly get damaged like this.

ok my card not reading with any box now when i insert this card to another box also same error not recognize what to do? how can this card damaged without doing anything?

I'm 99% sure you can use the smart card on another box...

I checked it’s smart card problem
I need to know can I use any smart card or i have to get z3x smart card
I have old some box smart card if I can transfer my sn to there it will be good .

yesterday, both of my z3x pro and octoplus are showing card not found but now its ok.

No mate the serial of that smartcard is Unique. You cannot read the Info & transfer to other smartcard.

Hello. If you put card into another card reader and all works - seems loke your card reader is dead.
