Check it with other usb cable or change usb port of computer & check that mobile battery is charged or not..

try on two PC,baterry!!!!!!??????it is a box-hardware problem!

i have a problem with uart cable! box connect ,card read correctly and usb work
but phone not found when i connect with uart cable!!
any idea? thnx

Same happend with me and after 2 weeks box totally damage card not found !
