z3x samsung 3g tool cant open - GSM-Forum

hi, does anyone here encountered this problem, when i open samsung 3g
tool it only shows logo and nothing more......
i try to open shell select 730sc, then same problem it only show the 3g tool, then goes back to shell, what is the problem,

i already reinstall latest 3g tool, and uninstall reinstal the box driver but the problem does not solve

need help urgent, tnx

Support team still same problem to me 3g tool not opne when I click software show log then load box sn then software gone. please support team help us.

1-plug box
2-uninstall drivers manualy from device manager.
3-unplug box.
4-run ccleaner and reboot.
5-plug again and install drivers from z3x folder.

i solve this problem on 2 pcs by this way after install atf drivers z3x dont work in my computer. my problem solved using one pc for atf and other for z3x.
