dear z3x team

when i get to connect my z3x box to computer card is detected but the "box was not found" message appears z3x com port was not detected please give me a solution

Hello!
Remove drivers from Device Manager.
Download last drivers from Support and install again.
Box Drivers.Is in Z3x Folder.

i tried installing new drivers and also i connect it to another computer and try bus the z3x port was not detected

Try use one Good USB cable.
You have any Antivirus in any Computer?
If you have Disable and try again. After Software is installed
Connect Box. Go To Device manager and unistall Driver is in
Universal Serial Bus Control. You have Drivers in conflit.

z3x box not found done by resoling the ic's inside the box now it is worknig as previous
