i want to flash samsung z500 , when i run qualcomm exe for z500 then software give error this type---this firmware require(extra) license, contact your reseller for details---what is the problem ??

Z500 flash already in support

Z500_JAEH1.crp and Z500_Z3Xv1.crp

if u have problem to run support with shell u can use login to acces support

hello sir , firmware error is solve by diffrent firmware now problem is how to conect with PC becasu fone is hang on startup logo and blink so i cant give usb driver , how to conect with pc ?

i download this file from support but i can't flash phone because
