G800 Phone freeze ,code 2 how? - GSM-Forum

Hello people
i have a Samsung G800 that displays phone freeze.
I requested unlock codes via gsmfather samsung unlock by imei but
when i enter unlock code 2 (power on phone with not working sim card and when displays phone freeze enter unlock code 2) nothing happens.
Is there a special way to enter this code to G800?
Please help

to fix this you need an special "unfreeze" code

other option is to do direct unlock by cable solution

Just enter the Code 2: which you recieve from server when you power on with unaccepted sim card. While typing code it will not show anything on display.

Ok
i power on the phone with unaccepted card.
The phone displays:
"Phone Freeze
SIM unavailable.
Please contact service provider"

I enter the code 2 from the server.
Nothing happens
What is the problem?

phone freeze is differnt code i thing 4 or 5 digits and its differnt than NCK code

The server produced the following codes:

Your unlock code is : [Code 1: 40525314 Code 2: 38303747 ]

when i enter the code 2 on the phone nothing happens. Does this mean that the code
is not correct?
I just dial the code, should i do something else in order for the phone to accept the code?

Ok before making a video, i decided to try one more time...
Only this time i tried the code 1 and it worked.
After entering code 1 it asked me for network code and i entered code 2.
So if anyone has the same problem when a samsung displays phone freeze, try code
1 first and then code 2.
