IMEI Blocked or normal Check-questionable result - GSM-Forum

I placed order for IMEI check twice with your server to make sure it is actually normal. Both the times I got result saying it's normal. However, somebody claiming that it is blocked and I am being asked to pay more for the blocked service. Below is the screenshot claiming this imei to be blocked. Pls clarify and if your result is wrong, refund my money.

Reply Which You Get From Our Server Is Based On Apple Server. Some Time When You Check Any IMEI With That Tool ( That Time Status Normal ) After Some Time Provider Blocked That IMEI. So Status Changed To Blocked.

No, it's not correct. First time I checked it with your tool and it said it's normal. Later on I checked it with specific tool and it said it's blocked. So far it's confirming with what you said. After that I checked it again with your server and said normal. While the specific tool was still showing it as blocked. So it's either your server result or that free tool result is wrong. I need a confirmation on which one is wrong.
In case that free tool result is right, both of your results were wrong. The theory you provided doesn't hold good in my situation.

Will Recheck With Some Other IMEIs From Korea. If Still Same Will Put Note About This In Our Checking Tool.
