I have already emailed support@gsmfather so do not ask me to email again.

It is more than a week now, what do you have to say on this ?

if you having problem, please stop ordering and don't take money first. you do this, you will lost the trust.

but my problem is not paypal. now i'm talking about we have order and you delaying, but not replying at all..

if you are working on that then email the customers, firstly apologize to them for the delay and then inform them about the issues along with the time frame. All you are doing is ignoring the customer emails. I am sorry to say but you need to learn the basic business ethics.
