Is this just a simple unlock on a IMEI blacklisted phone so it can be used overseas or is this a full Call Barring/Blacklisting removal so the handset can once again be used on the Optus network ?

Understand it is a unlock but does it also remove to Blacklisting/Call Barring if the unit has been reported lost/stolen so the unit can be used again on its original network?

I have previously had the Optus lost/stolen imei ban completly removed and sucessfully used on Australian networks using this service.
It appears this is no longer the case!
I Paid for the service as per previous instructions around $30 only to be given a "network unlock" only.
I was told by customer support that they dont offer(barred) service. I ask why they have advertised two different services on their website.
one for $34 (which i have used successfully for barred phones previsouly) and the other for $7 which I have used for when i have had a clean imei and required unlock only.
They take the $34 and supply me with the $7 service and will not respond to emails I have sent.
Poor form from what I use to think was a good service.
I dont care about the money just the way they took it and then rudely just ignore me.
I have been using them and giving them recommendations to others for around 12 months and now looks like I will have to take my business elsewhere.

now unbarring not available only unlock available what is your problem now
