I received 5 different types of "CK" codes. Didn't know which one to enter so I start monkeying around and my phone is permamently locked.

You should be more clear on which code goes where and include instructions on what to do if phone is permamently locked or something in regard to each different code you provide.

Service is excellent as I have unlocked several phones before thru this but never come accross an LG.

NCK code is yours simlock code

Need clarification on the following:
NSCK, SPCK, CPCK, SIMCK

If NCK is the simlock code, why other codes were provided w/out anything explaining what are the above codes.

On the GR500, you cannot bypass the "Phone is permanently locked" screen (at least I tried). Unlike the samsung where you enter the "Freeze Code" and you can now enter ur NCK. Need more instructions on how to bypass the Permanently Locked screen. Which code to enter and where...

I'm shure one of these is the unfreeze code (samsung language).

in most cases u would use the NCK - Network Control Key

Phones can be locked like this

Network Lock
Service Provider Lock
Corporate Code
Phone Code
Network Subset Lock

Thanks but the main question here is not answered. Phone is permanently locked. Is it possible to unlock? if so, how and which code to enter?
