have made emails to support but no response. that is not professional because i also have to answer to my customers. i need an answer or a rejection so it does not stay in process and the phone is no longer in hand. [its now over 1-7 days minus weekends]

i have another 520 for code but i have no confidence to buy code and you are mute on the present one.

am waiting your response.

i paid through paypal this order the same time i put the order.
must i lodge a complain with paypal for resolution to conclude this simple matter?
