they deduct my credit but in operator ready for unlock

Ready for Unlock mean phone is unlocked but it is not actually connected to Itunes yet so sim lock status comes as locked.

I don't call it poor service, I call it poor understanding.

we are offering good service but see when mistake is on ur side you dont reply..

sir it is not this if we are replying also people have problem and not replying also they find faults.....
when the fault is theirs they disappear....

we have to accept and agree to the mistakes we have committed that's the only way to success
