3Gs modem 5.13.03 no service - GSM-Forum

hi today i get iphone 3Gs 3.1.3 modem 5.13.03 i upgrade cydia and also install repo666.ultrasn0w.com in it it goes on searching then it give me no service any solution for this modem version i also read that ultrasn0w 0.93 is supported for 5.13.04 its doesn't support 5.13.03 ???????
plz guide me how can i solve my problem

Insert card, power on iphone and connect it to comp. You should be get message "waiting for activation" after activation is complete, you should get network. Post results.
