run it. put your phone in DFU mode -hold power and home for ten seconds then release power whilst still holding home until computer recognizes phone in DFU mode.

my new question is :
my 3gs is new bootrom , can it accept Custom firmware so i can restore it & preserve baseband ?? i got SHSH for 4.1 & 5.0.1 only

do not use 5.0.1 it's a tethered jailbreak
try to restaure with customized iOS 4.1 it's untethered and preserve your base band .
