I think you should Post S/N here so anyone can tell you either it is safe to update BB and do unlock or not
XX123XXXXX-If the serial number of your phone is below then this number so yes you are safe to update BB:5.16 to 6.15 and install ultrasn0w to unlcok your phone after installinh 6.15
yes you can search on google how to install ipad baseband

If apple still signing 4.1,,,it means we are also able to downgrade baseband...

I don't think you can downgrade baseband as well but even if you do so 4.1 baseband (05.14.2) is not unlockable, so you have to upgrade it to 6.15.
