permanent unlock option is available for att, but it takes time and its a little $$... I just placed an order for 2 iphone 4S.. ETA is 5 days, will post outcome at a later day.....

What do you mean by "anywhere"?

I know and I did many factory unlock for iPhones 4 but this particular carrier is not possible by many. That's why I'm asking here in the hope it's possible?
