Update itunes?

Again make sure Hosts file iws clean and make sure you don't have tiny umbrella running?

this only happens when apple stops signing a firmware , as far as i know . disable firewall, antivirus etc.

yes somone was know buddy!

If you want to restore on the future clean update from ituns make sure that on that pc use only one itunes restore , do not use tinyumbrella , or some other free tools.
Now first check on C:windows/system32/driver/etc/host file and if you see something with gs.apple delete that , and restart pc.

Update itunes , and switch on you iphone and click on itunes tab restore.

Good look.

if you have iphone 4 you can do a clean restore only to ios 5.0.1 so in first time go to host file and delete 74.xxxxxxxx and other server after that make your phone in pwnd dfu mode with redsn0w "if your firmware in your iphone are 5.0" so you should use redsn0w 0.9b8 after that restore your iphone.
i hope it will help
