Baseband downgrade - GSM-Forum

Hi i was using 3gs 4.1 with i pad base band so i decided to restore custom 5.1.5 after restore to 5.1.1 triyed every thing but signial fails no service so again i decide to go back to 4.1 this time my imei got corupted when i tried baseband downgrade & after that i made fresh restore to 5.1.1 now imei back & base band shows 05.16.05 if i take info for my modem in i phone checker it shows iPhone Made Week := 25
iPhone Made Year := 2011
DO NOT FLASH 6.15 IPADE BASEBAND WILL DAMAGE WIFI,IMEI,BASEBAND..
THIS INFROMATION ONLY VALID FOR IPHONE 3G AND IPHONE 3GS...
BUT before update my phone was running on i pad base band now my question is can i go back to base band 05.13.04 EXPERTS PLZ HELP

yes you'll need to re jailbreak and unlock using latest redsn0w and select ipad baseband once you've gone through the procedure and ipad baseband is installed do a slide to power down and put back into dfu and redo jailbreak procedure with baseband downgrade. once youll have 5.1.1 with a downgraded unlockable baseband. hope that helps .. if you get no service rerunjailbreak itll hang and just reboot phone signal will be back

mr. sumayia there is one solution for downgrade baseband but if you already upgrade ipad baseband 06.15.00 then only you can downgrade by using redsn0w 0.9.14b2 but if other baseband i'm unable to downgrade,so you also try if success post here..
