I have iphone 4 I put live ATT sim card and the phone this i phone cannot be activated for service . please contact your carrier or apple care

how I activate this phone ?

I have the same problem i have an iphone 4 on ios 5.0.1 and dont know the orignal carrier

So with no jailbrake for ios5 is there any other way i can actavate this iphone

If your baseband is 0.6.15 then i dont think you can activate. You will need to downgrade to 4.1 and then reinstall ipad baseband

I found out it mine is mc 318LL/AUSA phone according to list , this is it was under list that means it ATT right ? how come I cannot activate whit live Att sim ? just one more the sim I have don't have data plan

MC318LL/A - is also come from Fido. Try to use Fido SIM card :-)
