Can't downgrade from 7 to 6.1.3


Hi
I have problems with 4s.
I try downgrade iphone 4s from ios7 beta2 to ios 6.1.3 but I can't because I have error 1602.
File "hosts" it's ok, battery it's ok.
I tried on two computers but this same problem

start from DFU mode not recovery
