Can't hear anything on Viber.


I have problem with Viber while calling and accepting calls.When i get a call or when i call someone,i can't hear nothing but they can hear me.If it would be a hardware problem,this would happen while calling normally (using Sim card) but in that ocassion it works fine without problems,only with Viber i can't hear them.

It's not the internet connection because with other iPhones works fine and i haven't installed nothing.

I've deleted and reinstalled Viber,deactivated and reactivated but problem still persists.

Hi,

This is a member of the Viber R&D team.

Does that happen both on Wifi and 3G? With any Viber contact? Also, what kind of an iPhone are you using? which IOS?

Yes, it seems to be a common problem wich i only interfear with viber.
Try to put ON HOLD the call for 2 second then release it and it will work.

It is not a hardware problem, soft reset the iphone and reinstall the app.

We will soon be releasing a new version of Viber - 2.2
Once it's out, please try installing it and let us know if the problem persists.

If it does, I will redirect you to our Support Team so they can get more info from you, and hopefully investigate this issue
