Have ordered carrier check for 2 iphones and got
Carrier : Switzerland Flexible Apple Channel Default Activation policy...Locked
What does it mean?Which carrier?

Try asking the service you have used to give you a proper information. This is fake and there is not such a carrier in Switzerland.

It is replaced with a new one, most of them can be done even replaced.Unlock the old one and automatically unlocks the new one.
