but is it same with stitched or non stitched cfw with redsnow ????

the other way is make a custom firmware with redsn0w
stitched ipsw don't preserve BB,You have to cook custom then stitch it

Nah in guide no need to stitch ipsw if your SHSH are on cydia server Just click remote
and if you want to restore with itune then make custom and stitch it with redsn0w and then put phone in PWN dfu mode and restore using itune
