-After Restore is Done You Will Get Error 1 and Your Phone Will Be Stuck on Recovery (Don't Panic) Just use latest Redsn0w To Jailbreak it normally and Your Phone Will be OK And Running .

i found this problem before this happen with any iPhone model with NO WIFI NO IMEI NO BLUETOOTH you need to check baseband ic solution don't wast your time to restore

Yes "Error 1" relates to No IMEI, No WiFi, No Baseband, n it is a harware issue as mentioned above by Halims. If it is Iphone 4 then u can jailbreak it n get the menu as adviced by AhmedLeo but u wont get network as there wont be IMEI on the phone...
