sound like hardware


but you should try this

delete all the host files
c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc

restart your pc

and try again if no success then try with hardware

this error comes when downgrading from 6 to 5.1.1 u should go in redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3 open it, extra clik on fix recovery and u will be abl to boot normally. fixed
