Try to reset all settings

insert SIMCard and activate it via iTunes

turn off your phone

then insert sim card

then connect to itunes via usb cable

your problem solved

open new redsn0w and connect phone at main screen under extra button it will show which version of iOS and BB your device have.
hope your device have modem firmware 6.15.XX
if yes then follow next if not then reply what you saw.
restore to 4.1 and open new redsn0w select 4.1 click jailbreak
select cydia+downgrade ipad bb and click next>connect phone and slide to turn off>click next and finish process
after phone turn back normal insert sim card connect to itune and restore 6.0.1 at last itune will activate it,

change your ipad baseband from 6.15

very first to do after activating "FU" in itunes is reset network settings.

check basband 6.15 not active. dowengrade bassban then restore and try activate
