i find an iphone 4 in london , crashed and outside destroyed , i replace all the parts : screen, back, home and power buttons , i find out is BLOCKED in o2 uk , i know if is report stolen or something they block the IMEI , but i want to use the phone in Romania , then there database of blocked Uk imei`s can`t block me , but the phone is still not working i try to jailbrake to i did it but still not working no services , now i just buy some stupid "unlocking" from ultimateiphoneunlocker.com cost me 18£ , but this idiots sell me only jailbreak and i did it all ready ,..the problems is the phone is in romania and i`m in london , my brother want to use it but isn`t working ...
i`m was searching on web for factory reset by imei ( is the only think i have about the phone on me : imei , firm, 5.1 and all the info ..) but not the phone how can i fix it?

It is not working because of a hardware problem still or what? Which one is the version of the baseband? Which is the version of the iOS?

version : 5.1.1 9b208
firware : 04.12.01
no hardware problems , games and phone working perfect

The v. 5.1.1 is fine, but the firmware is not supported by Gevey. It supports just:

1.59.00, 2.10.04, 3.10.01, 4.10.01

In your case you will have to wait i guess for an unlocking method.

Is the IMEI really blocked? Is it confirmed?

uk blocked , he didn`t work in london , but i was hopping in romania will work ,

The IMEI is the same everywhere. If it is blocked in England, it will be blocked in Romania as well. Every phone has just one unique IMEI and it does not change, independent of the place of use.

i did send a blackberry curve in romania same blocked in uk and he work, plus the are a lot of post on web about the imei block only in some country`s , now what i can do to unblock it?
