For 3.1.2 with bootloader version 6.04

i have a 3gs with firmware 3.1.2 with bootloader version 6.04
when i tried to unlock using blackrain it got unlocked for the sims with out 3g but when i tried to use a 3g sim it show" no network coverage"
is there any chance to unlock my phone
ane one to help me?

2- Restore by itunes original Firmware V3.1.2

3- use BlackRa1n

4- Restore again custom firmwares V3.1.2

maybe unlocking old Base bands

New 5.12.01 base band not unlocked i checked all steps and install.bat things too
