Hi Fellas

I have an iPhone 3GS and I was having some difficulties in Antenna signals , it's usually poor at any place So I decided to update the OS after updating my iPhone from iTunes , My phone has changed into a damn mode , Emergency Call and it shows an image that refers to connecting the cable to phone and then iTunes , and Emergency Call is available , I tried each way to unlock that But I couldn't , I used Blackra1n and Ramjan batch file and other programs ,maybe I'm wrong on this process steps, but there was no way to restore my phone to normal situation , no already data is important for me , I just want my OS back
What should I do ? It's driving me crazy

Please tell me what to do , If you ask any question about my situation or my phone please post
