how to activate i phone 4g without original sim as i upgrade on ios5 is it possible to activte with phonebook sim

i think phonebook sim doesn't work on ios5 ( i read somewhere) … but u can always try…
the only way to activate is to jailbreak !!!

Newest redsn0w...check the dev team blog. It will be tethered though! OR use the newest Sn0wbreeze, does the same thing! Supports also hacktivation...also tethered!
After tethering go find the post says Semi tether....Then you can boot without using redsn0w or iboot..only the JB apps wont work but your phone will boot without any interference of a computer
