maybe can do some help, if not jailbroken, I suppose you can turn to Apple store for help

restore your phone through this method all will be ok because i had same prolem.

dont put other sim while upgrading firmware just use 1sim OR original carrier.. then that problem will not encounter

this is for 4.0.1.not for 4.1.
