hi i just have 5 iphone 4 v 4.0.2 and i need to unlock them any one knows a solution for that? thanks in advance!

I triied to downgrade iphone 4G with version 4.0.2, I tried using latest tinyumbrella, but couldn't do it, always error 3108 something like, but a friend did it, he didn't tell me how to. and I saw it with signal Movistar Nicaragua with a cutted sim card. so I think there is a way.
