use tinyumbrella-4.21.02. start tss server. then run itunes and restore original firmware 4.2.1 baseband will not change.

i have use tinyumbrella-4.21.02. Start tss server. run itunes and restore original firmware 4.2.1 (shift) restor

after restor i have message error 1013

Not true. But yes, TinyUmbrella avoids updating the baseband (only on iPhone 4).

Are you sure? DFU mode is a black screen. The USB logo is Restore mode.

If you meant restore mode: Did you install 4.2.1? That's not recommended. Stay with 4.1, as the 4.2.1 is tethered anyway.

it must be in recovery not in dfu
use kick out recovery inside tinyumbrella

Tried to use tiny umbrella to come out of recovery mode , but no way always stay in recovery , also tried recboot but not work also
Any suggestion will be appreciate

are you shure you use original 4.2.1 firmware?
let itunes download it. don't use shift restore. click restore and wait
don't forget start tss ser before update otherwise you'll lose unlock (will update baseband)

im in 4.2.1 and baseband changed no sim work (your trick no work)
