after i factory default my iphone 3GS only logo aple

how to fix it please itunes can't restore with fw 3.1.3

You need to activate your phone with the original SIM card. After that you JAILBREAK using SPIRIT. Then use cydia to install ultrasn0W 0.93 !!

Easy !!

yes try ireb if that don't work,you will have to restore ios4 unless you have your shsh's stored by cydia

there is no solution..you have to update to ios4 via itunes...btw is it factory unlcoked???
