iPhone 4 - Blu tooth OK - WiFi not selectable - no GSM signal - GSM-Forum

Impossible to enable WiFi in software.
Blu tooth is enabled and works (he detects blu tooth devices).
GSM calling is not possible no service.

What can I try first ? Did a reset for all settings (not full reset), and din't helps.

PS: It is possible to read out WiFi ethernet-address, IMEI, ICCID and modemfirmware version.

Prior this problem:
iPhone 4 had waterdamage. And was not able to powering up due to short in

Did some cleanup (used flux) and put a new battery in, and now the iPhone is powerin up.

Why you say this? Is this not repaerable by replace chip ? or is this security issue?

check near 3 antina joint pf or mini restiont 3 pic left or 2 pic right side
