try to active VIA itunes. and chec the msg there.if still not then restore it and try again.or post here itunes screenshots

bro, I tried everything possible: activate via Itunes, flashing with latest official firmware, downgrade with custom firmware, tethered jailbreak. The result is always the same: can't activate or no network (with jailbreak).
Itunes gives me the same message as if i trying to activate locked iphone.

I think your checker reporting incorrect simlock status, it show as locked here

Now your iPhone is Unlocked, you can activate via WiFi or via iTunes. Be sure to put inside active SIMcard with no pin from another carrier before activation.
